Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
Most sites are ready to go live in around 7 days from when I receive your deposit and content (text, logo, photos). Delays in getting content or feedback can push this out, and I'll always keep you posted.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit books your project and I start building. The remaining 50% is due when you're happy and before the site goes live. The care plan is billed monthly.
What if I want changes?
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. In each round you send me a list of changes and I make them. Extra rounds or new features after that can be quoted separately.
Who owns the domain and the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and once the balance is paid the site content is yours. If you ever leave, I'll hand over the files.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The care plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, I'll help you move the site to other hosting.
Do I need to write the words myself?
It helps if you can give me the basics (what you do, where you work, your hours). I'll tidy it up into clear, friendly website copy for you to approve.
Do you charge GST?
No. I'm currently not registered for GST, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
